- acute and chronic infections of the upper urinary tract (pyelonephritis);
- acute and chronic lower urinary tract infections (cystitis, urethritis);
- non-infectious chronic inflammation of the kidneys (glomerulonephritis, interstitial nephritis);
- dysuric phenomena (pain, burning and stinging when urinating, feeling of incomplete emptying of the bladder);
- to reduce protein excretion in urine;
- prevention of the formation of urinary stones;
- nephrourolithiasis (uric acid stones);
- after surgical removal of urinary stones as a means of preventing recurrence of stone formation;
- complex therapy of neurogenic urination disorders in children;
- vesicoureteral reflux;
- asymptomatic bacteriuria;
- dismetabolic nephropathy;
- pyelitis;
- pyelocystitis, urethritis and urethrocystitis;
- urination disorders (oliguria, polyuria, dysuria, nocturia);
- nephrotic syndrome;
- Berger’s disease.
Directions for use and dosage: The drug is taken orally before or after meals. During treatment with the drug, it is recommended to consume plenty of fluids. The standard duration of treatment with the drug is 21 days. But after achieving the effect, it is necessary to continue taking the drug for another 2 to 4 weeks to stabilize the condition. The drug is well tolerated and can be used in combination with antibacterial agents, even if long-term use is necessary.
Film-coated tablets. Do not chew, wash down with water.
adults – 2 tablets 3 times a day;
school-age children – 1 tablet 3 times a day.
